WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU ROLL

THE IMPORTANT STUFF

We accept our own gift vouchers as well as gift vouchers through Buyagift, Virgin Experience and their associated partners.

Please make a reservation using our online enquiry form stating the gift experience, where the voucher is from (if applicable) and the gift voucher unique reference code.

 

  • We allow well-behaved dogs at our Brick Lane and White City venues in certain areas.
  • We ask that dogs are kept on their leads at all times with a maximum of 2 dogs per lane at one time.
  • All owners are responsible for their own dogs at all times in All Star Lanes.

We’re taking cashless payment only via card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

 

Yes. From 6pm onwards, we check for ID on arrival if you look under 25 years of age.

We have a strict under 18s no alcohol drinking policy whether you’re bowling or dining with us, so please make sure you bring ID with you.

Guests will not be refunded their deposit if any of their party fails to show valid ID on entry.

 

Children under 18 years are permitted to enter the venue and bowl (or take part in karaoke) when accompanied by an adult up until 6pm.

The last bowling, Qbix and karaoke time slot for under 18s is 5pm and all under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. All under 18s must be off the lanes, Qbix, and karaoke by 6pm.

Please note we are unable to accommodate new admission for under 18s post 6pm.

Children that have bowled/sung or are already in the venue prior to 6pm are allowed to dine in the restaurant until 8pm. They must remain seated with an adult and will not be allowed to sit at the bar on the stools.

Third party discounts are not valid for walk-ins only during the festive season

Outside of the festive season, If you have a student, NHS, Code App or third party discount, you will need to book online and pay the deposit per person in order to secure your bowling, restaurant or karaoke booking. On arrival, you will be required to set up a tab and your deposit will be redeemed against your final bill and any applicable discounts will be applied before you pay. During the festive period NHS/Bluelight or other third party discounts are available to use walk in only.

Yes we do offer an NHS discount available all day Sunday to Wednesday for £5 bowling and 20% off food & drink. Offer also available for Blue Light Card holders. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer, package or promotion, Maximum of 6 people per booking. Reservations and walk-ins welcome. Subject to availability. Valid for walk ins only during the festive period.

Yes students you get 25% off bowling, food and drink! Valid Sunday to Wednesday and Friday. All thanks to our awesome student discount. Valid student ID is required. Discount will be applied in venue. Valid for walk ins only during the festive period.

We ask all guests to wear bowling shoes when bowling with us which is free of charge. We have sizes from kids size 9 to adults size 15. All property is left at the owners risk and management is not responsible for damage or theft.

  • Peak bowling prices per game: £14 adult and £9.5 children (12 years and under)
  • Off-peak bowling prices per game: £9.5 adults and £9.5 children (12 years and under)
  • Off-peak timings are Monday and Tuesday
  • Peak timings are Wednesday to Sunday

Enjoy a brunch* or main dish and 90 minutes of bottomless Prosecco, Mimosa, Peach Tommy’s Margaritas or Craft Beer for £30 per person. Available ’til 4pm every weekend. Add a game of bowling for an extra £5 per person.

*Brick Lane and Holborn have a specific brunch menu.

 

BOWLING & KARAOKE

We reserve 10 minutes per person for 1 game of bowling as this is the average amount of time it takes a guest to complete their game.

We can book a maximum of 7 people on one lane, any groups larger than 7 people are split evenly across multiple lanes and the length of time is adjusted accordingly.

 

Karaoke 1 hour, per session.

During [peak] times our lanes are reserved for people that are dining with us in our restaurant, ordering a minimum of a main each. If you would like to bowl-only, please book during [off-peak] times. Bowl only times are released 1 day in advance.

If you have a group of 10+ people, you can take up one of our party packages as an alternative to dining in our restaurant. Information on our Party Packages can be found by clicking here

 

You can book 2 games of bowling during the following:

  • On Mondays (all day, all venues), you can book 2 games of bowling online for just £14pp
  • On Tuesdays at our Westfield locations (White City & Stratford) you can book 2 games of bowling online for just £14pp

You cannot book 2 games of bowling during the following – only 1 game of bowling available:

  • During [peak] times, we can only guarantee one game of bowling in advance. This is due to our lanes being in high demand and ensures that as many people as possible, get a chance to bowl.

Please note you always request additional games in venue by speaking with our Reception Team (subject to availability)

 

We take a deposit per person in order to secure your bowling, restaurant or karaoke booking.

During peak times where a restaurant reservation is required, your £14 (per person) deposit is split between your lanes (£9) and dining reservation (£5). On arrival, you will be required to set up a tab and your deposit will be redeemed against your final bill.

What if I have a discount?

If you have a student, NHS, Code App or third party discount, you will need to book online and pay the deposit per person in order to secure your booking. On arrival, you will be required to set up a tab and your deposit will be redeemed against your final bill and any applicable discounts will be applied before you pay.

We cannot provisionally hold lanes, you must pay a deposit at the time of booking to secure your reservation with us. We recommend booking in advance to avoid missing out.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Groups up to 9

Reducing the party size within 72 hrs of your booking will forfeit the deposits of each person who is not attending.

Increasing the party size prior to arrival requires an additional deposit per additional guest. Please complete our online enquiry form to request any changes.

Groups of 10+

Reducing the party size within 14 working days of your booking will forfeit the deposits of each person who is not attending.

Increasing the party size prior to arrival requires an additional deposit per additional guest.

We ask all our bowlers to arrive 15 minutes before your lane time, if you are running late we will do our best to accommodate, please make your way to the venue as soon as you can. We can only hold your lane for 10 minutes. After this time we cannot guarantee your booking, however we will do our best to fit you in if we can and allocate your deposit to a later game. If we have no lanes available we will put your deposit towards your restaurant bill if you dine with us. Deposits are non-refundable.

 

If you wish to cancel, please contact us more than 72 hours before your arrival time.
If you cancel or change the date of the booking less than 72 hours prior to your reservation, your deposit will not be refunded.
If you are a group of 10+ guests and want to cancel your reservation, you must give 14 working days notice otherwise your deposit will not be refunded.
If you do not show up for your bowling/dining and/or karaoke booking your deposit will not be refunded.
